Due to WEATHER / LOW CIGS, departure traffic destined to Chicago OHare International Airport, Chicago, IL (ORD) is currently experiencing delays averaging 1 hour and 41 minutes.

See? I've done told you over and over...if you were on EST which is the CORRECT time, you'd of already been in the air by now. Sheesh!

If at least part of the world didn't run on cigarettes, Congress wouldn't have bothered to raise taxes on them.

Well, I DEFINITELY don't want the air traffic controllers who smoke to be talking planes down WITHOUT cigarettes!

Sure it didn't say "LOW CLGS" which means low ceiling, or cloud cover, forcing pilots to fly on on an ILS (instruments) approach.
