That is so cool! I looked at the website, looks like you'll have at least a chance to see all kinds of critters. What an amazing place!

It's been there forever. I lived in Peoria 8 years and never went. Funny how that works.

Yeah, funny. I just found out about a very cool route through a river I'd never known about because I'd never been up it in a kayak or a boat, and I've been to the river countless times... I like that! At the website, I was giggling over the many names for the Keeper of the Deer.

We saw one at Kenny's farm a few years ago. The wildlife biologists claim they don't exist in the wild in central IL. We beg to differ.

That's cool you got to see one on his farm. They're around here all the time. Fish & Wildlife had to shoot one in Toledo a couple years ago. They look different out here, smaller, I think. And hunting them is still a sport in eastern Oregon.

I've heard of this place...you pay a fee to spend a day with the wild wolves in the park. Awesome!!! Can't wait to see your photos...wolves are beautiful beasts w/ extremely haunting expressive eyes.

I need shots of about 4 dozen critters that they have. They have everything that was native to Illinois when we showed up.
