Aahahahahahahahahahaghhh

Peter Gabriel tickets for the Chicago shows go from $105 each in the nose-bleeds to $760 each in the front rows. Really, is someone going to pay $760 for a concert ticket? Now I'm really envious of muse and i. I guess I'll just have to live off my memories of the Security tour back in 84. Damnit.

I wouldn't pay that much to see people rise from the dead. I'm still mad that the Weenie Roast tickets aren't $10.65 anymore.

Re:
Yeah, I know. it's gotten way out of hand. Best you can hope for is one of your washed up favs like Def Leppard will come to a state fair near you. When I saw them in 99 it was only $25 a ticket and we were in the first row. When I saw the Cult last year, it was $25 each and I was close enough to touch the lead singer. That's more like it.

At X-Fest 2, two tickets plus two drinks was only $30. If I weren't such a delicate flower I could have gotten through the mosh pit to touch the foot of Ed Roland. Or had a bottle thrown at me direct from his hand.

Re:
I've bought extra tickets before to things. Especially popular things and always made a profit as time got closer. Now if I did that for James Taylor, I'd probably get stuck with them but Gabriel, i think you would be guaranteed to at least break even.
