Suckage

Yesterday was probaly the worst day in recent memory. Today has not been much better. I'd explain but I have to go teach a bunch of people the fine art of stalking. I'll explain tomorrow.

Re:
sry bout the delay here... seems some of my mail got lost in the nebulous INTERNET...

horseradish....

:[

It didn't make it. I cant tell you what i did wrong but I think it has a lot to do with the spot. I am still learning my yard and what places love me and where i put your garlic is RICH whereas, where i put the horseradish seems to be a bit...er... not so good... my rosemary was put there and seemed to do well but then, a little bit ago, i attempted to use some and it had a very STRONG almost chemical aroma to it! grr! The plant is still alive but GOD KNOWS what the hell is in the soil there so.. noooooo more for that spot... i am, however, preparing to plant the pumpkin i sprouted.. i wanted to start it in containers cause we had the COLDEST snap a lil bit ago and I am losing plants pretty bad :[ damnit. So far my roma and beefeater are gonna flop, the sweet basil died (no real luck with that ever... to tempermental), i am DESPERATELY trying to save this rose geranium plant that is, by far, my absolute fav but... oh oh ohhhhhhhhhhh i cant talk about this anymore!!!!!

luv u =)

Re:
I'll see if I can't send you more horseradish. I've got my two in a pot indoors on the back porch because we are averaging temps in the high 30's recently and it will only get colder from here on out. Mine are looking to do fine over the winter. I'll send you some of the root we ground as well so you can use it in your recipes. Don't feel too bad about your plants. It's always a learning process. I assasinated my jade plants this year by leaving them outside too long.

Love ya even if you do murder plants...hehehe

Re:
And my aunt gave me those jade plants too. Like 6 years ago and I've managed to keep them alive through 5 hard winters. Oh well, I guess I can get a couple more and put them in the same pots. It's not as if she knew what they looked like anymore anyway.

I need to do some cacti this winter I think.

Mmmm soakin up the love!
