I won!

I just got back from the artist reception for the Amateur Show. Very nice arrangement of all the art and about 50 artists competing. I won Best of Show in Photography for this one:




And Honorable Mention for this one:




And considering I only entered 3 pieces, I did pretty well. Thanks to everyone for helping me choose. I have to have the entries for the juried show in by June 5. The head judge came up and told me the house photo reminded him of Andrew Wyeth's work, "Christina's World" How's that for a compliment? He also encouraged me to enter as many shows as I could afford. OK.
