In Need Of Chinese Dessert Recipes

OK, last month it was Australian desserts. This month, In honor of the Chinese New Year, I need to find some Chinese desserts. These need to be like finger foods for a meeting I have on Thursday. So if any of you have any ideas, please let me know.

Do not make date cookie things. I did that once and they were horrible.

Well, that's pretty much my repertoire right there. Although if you want to get creative, there's something called White Fungus With Rock Sugar. The name alone suggests...something.

OOOoooooo The Today show had a full traditional chinese dinner as an example from a family who wrote 'teh new chinese cookbook' I THINK, I'm not sure.... Looked wonderful. I love whole fish, which represents abundance to them. Its always a beautiful presentation.
